| Congratulations on being selected as a poster presenter for the 2025 TQIP Annual Conference taking place November 8-10 in Chicago, IL! You will be using this site to complete your required poster presenter tasks. As part of our compliance responsibilities to the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, we request the completion of several items in reference to your poster presentation, including a brief biography, photo, etc. Please complete ALL tasks by October 31, 2025.
