If you DO NOT have a preassigned company login – please go to Step 1 Click To Start to build your company profile and then purchase booth and/or marketing opportunities. A confirmation email will be sent with your login access ID to return and manage your tasks.

For exhibitors with login credentials, please begin with Step 2 to manage your VIVA and The VEINS program.

Within the portal you will:
• Select exhibit space for VIVA 2018
• Select marketing opportunities
• Upload design files for print ads, satellite sessions, and more
• Complete purchases with cc payment online or by check
• Receive, view, and complete assigned tasks
