4. Access online leads and statistics from your “My Conference Planner” online booth directory listing
5. Download marketing materials you can use to promote your presence at the show (available February 2027)
6. Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
7. Access the Exhibitor Service Kit (FreemanOnline) (launching January 2027)
8. Complete task marked with deadlines to guide you for a successful event
9. Review and download the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations
10. Review Expo Hours
11. Make payments and download invoices
