1. Type in your company name. As you type, company names will be suggested and you can select the one that matches. If there is no match, keep typing until the whole company name is in the field.
2. Update the information for your organization. The first page is just for the company itself. You'll have the opportunity to put in contact info for yourself or the administrative booth sales contact information for your company.
3. Select a Sponsorship Level and "Continue" or click "Book Booth Only" to the show floor. Select "Event Only" if you are looking to secure an ancillary event, symposia, or hospitality suite without a booth.
4. Indicate the booth you would like to rent.^* or select "skip" if you do not wish to exhibit.
5. Add on any other sponsorship items, symposiums, or ancillary/social room rental opportunities you'd like
6. Enter payment information or select "future payment" to receive an invoice.
7. Your main contact will receive an email confirmation automatically after submitting your request and/or payment.
8. Once completed, you will be assigned tasks within the system to upload necessary documents, select relevant times and dates, and register your staff.
