Reserve Your Exhibit Booth or Sponsorship

Follow the steps below to reserve your exhibit space and/or sponsorship opportunities for the Texas Cardiovascular Innovations Conference.

Step 1 — Find Your Company

Enter your company name in the search box below. Matching companies will appear as you type. Select your company if it appears.
If your company is not listed, you may create a new company profile.

Step 2 — Confirm Your Contact Information

Review and update your company’s administrative contact information. This individual will serve as the primary coordinator and will receive all confirmation and follow-up communications.

Step 3 — Select Your Booth and/or Sponsorship

View the floor plan and available opportunities, then choose the booth and/or sponsorship items you would like to reserve.
Booth assignments are first-come, first-served, with real-time availability shown in the system.

Step 4 — Submit Payment

Enter payment information and submit your reservation.
A confirmation email with your contract and reservation details will be sent automatically to the primary coordinator.
