Here’s what you’ll do during the application process:

1. Enter your organization’s name and select whether it is a nonprofit or for-profit organization.
2. Review or enter your organization's information and primary contact information.
   
3. Select a sponsorship package, if desired.
4. Select the number of exhibit booths you would like to purchase. Booth location preferences need to be submitted after you complete your order.
5. Review and accept the exhibitor/sponsor terms and conditions.
6. Select a payment method and submit your order.
After your order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the primary exhibitor/sponsor contact.

7. From the order summary page, you will be able to view your invoice and enter the Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal
   There, you can:
   • Complete your online exhibitor or sponsor profile
   • Submit your preferred booth locations
   • Register or assign booth personnel
   • Review important deadlines and required tasks

   After submitting your order, you can manage your participation through the Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal.
