By booking exhibit space at Clean Currents 2027, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Full payment is due by March 31, 2027. Cancellations must be received in writing by March 31. Cancellations after March 31 are responsible for 100% of the exhibit space fee. The same applies to any space removed in a downsize. Exhibit space that remains unpaid after a 10 business day grace period will no longer be held.
  • All exhibitors must obtain and upload a certificate of insurance (COI) in the exhibitor portal that meets the coverage and additional insured requirements in the full terms.
  • NHA may assign or adjust exhibit space locations if needed.
