Here's how it works:

1. Type in your organization's name. As you type, organization names from previous events will be suggested to you and you can select one if it matches your organization.
2. If you are a new sponsor or exhibitor, please enter your organization's name and then click continue.
3. Verify or update the administrative sponsorship sales contact information for your organization.
4. Indicate the sponsorship or exhibitor level you would like (or skip choosing a virtual booth).
5. Indicate the table you would like to rent.
6. Choose any additional items you would like.
7. An email confirmation of your contract submission will automatically be sent to the sponsorship coordinator.
8. Your sponsorship package and/or table is reserved and you will receive an invoice shortly, due within 15 days.
9. You will receive login details to complete a series of tasks essential to attending the conference. Please complete these as soon as possible.
