Welcome to the SIR 2026 Exhibitor Marketplace. Companies seeking to purchase and/or manage exhibits and sponsorship opportunities, may do so via this portal. The process/timeline for securing an exhibit booth and/or sponsorship opportunities is as follows:

Priority Booth Registration (July 1, 2025)
The order in which companies register for a booth at SIR 2026 is determined by the SIR Priority Points Program. Eligible companies are invited to a personalized booth selection appointment, between July 1 - August 29, 2025. Exhibit booths reserved during this phase are priced at $50 per square foot.

Open Booth Registration (August 29, 2025)
As of August 29, 2025 all companies interested in participating in SIR 2026 are able to register for a booth online via the Exhibitor Marketplace. Exhibit booths reserved during this phase are priced at $65 per square foot.

Sponsorship Opportunity Registration (October 1, 2025)
As of October 1, 2025 at 2 p.m. ET, all registered SIR 2026 exhibitors are able to secure sponsorship opportunities online via the Exhibitor Marketplace. Branded opportunities are sold with a right of first refusal.

New to SIR 2026

• Publishers/Recruiters/Non-profits Rate priced at $3,000 for 10'x10' exhibit booth.
• Bonus Booth Program — increase exhibit booth by 10' for $2,500 upgrade fee. (Pre-sales only. Exhibit space must be larger than 2025 space).

Important Note:
Login credentials for SIR 2026 are specific to this year's meeting, and previous years' credentials will not permit access. Login credentials can be obtained by registering for an exhibit (via the process/timeline outlined above). Companies who have already registered for an SIR 2026 exhibit were issued credentials at the time of registration. These credentials for existing exhibitors can be resent any time upon request.
