After booth reservation is completed and payment recieved, a confirmaton email will be sent to the Booth Contact containing their Access Key to revisit the Exhibitor Service Center. NEW THIS YEAR: Access to Exhibitor Registration will be via an email verification code sent to the Booth Contact (from ahcasupport@cmrus.com) upon request into the registration portal.
Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations
Please be aware that AHCA/NCAL does not sell or distribute attendee lists to any third-party vendor. Access to the attendee list is a benefit to our exhibitors. If you are approached to buy a list, it is a
scam. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders. We've sent cease and desist requests, they just change a number and try again. We also try to educate our exhibitors on the underhanded attempts of these folks.
