 2026 WIAWWA ANNUAL CONFERENCE PORTAL
 

We're excited to have you join us for the WIAWWA 2026 Annual Conference! We know this portal is new to 
many exhibitors and sponsors, so we've outlined the process below to help make your experience as seamless as possible.

Step 1: Complete and submit the application found in our Conference Prospectus to Regina Robuck at rrobuck@wiawwa.org.

Step 2: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Sydney Poshepny containing your login credentials.

Step 3: Return to this page, log in, and complete your assigned exhibitor and sponsorship tasks.
