BEWARE OF CONFERENCE SCAMMERS
SWVS is aware of several travel housing and attendee mailing list companies claiming to have a relationship with SWVS. These companies and others like it are NOT in any way affiliated with SWVS.
Attendee mailing lists are not offered or sold due to privacy issues of our attendees. Any company trying to sell you a list of attendees is NOT affiliated with SWVS and should be ignored.
Maritz Global Events is our exclusive housing provider for SWVS 2026. Exhibitors will be able to reserve hotel rooms during their booth staff registration. Any other channels of booking reservations are not recommended as they may be a scam.
If you receive a phone call or email and would like us to report them as scammers please get their company name, number and email and we will report them to the FTC.
