Welcome to NYSSBA's 2025 Exhibitor Service Center


The Exhibitor Service Center is where exhibitors may log in to enter or revise your company description and product categories, complete tasks, add a sponsorship, and submit payment.

Beware of scams! Make sure you are using our Authorized Vendors!

About the New York Hilton Midtown
New or Returning (prior to 2020) Exhibitors:
To purchase a booth or sponsorship, click on "Start" in Step 1 below.

Manage your Exhibit Space or Sponsorships:
You may log in to upload your company description, complete tasks and submit payment. All confirmed Exhibitors and Supporters are required to log in with the Access Key sent in the official booth confirmation email.
