BEWARE OF CONFERENCE SCAMMERS

We are aware of several travel housing and attendee mailing list companies claiming to have a relationship with the 2025 ACVIM Forum. These companies and others like it are NOT in any way affiliated with us.

Attendee mailing lists are only available directly from the ACVIM. You may contact Mollie@ACVIM.org to order a mailing list or get more information. Any company trying to sell you a list of attendees is NOT affiliated with the ACVIM and should be ignored.

Maritz Global Events is the only official, exclusive housing provider for the 2025 ACVIM Forum. Exhibitors will receive an email from Martiz Global Events in January 2025. Any other channels of booking reservations are not authorized and are not recommended as they may be a scam.

If you receive a phone call or an email from a company that seems suspicious please try to collect their email and a phone number and contact Leah@ACVIM.org or Mollie@ACVIM.org as soon as possible.
