  1. Register your staff for booth badges (opening January 2027)
  2. Book hotel rooms (opening January 2027)
  3. Update your “My Conference Planner” online booth directory listing
  4. Access online leads and statistics from your “My Conference Planner” online booth directory listing
  5. Download marketing materials you can use to promote your presence at the show (available February 2027)
  6. Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  8. Review exhibitor checklist outlining important exhibitor updates and deadlines
