Welcome to the SIR 2027 Exhibitor Marketplace. Companies seeking to purchase and/or manage exhibits and sponsorship opportunities, may do so via this portal. The process/timeline for securing an exhibit booth and/or sponsorship opportunities is as follows:

Open Booth Registration (July 7, 2026)
As of July 7, 2026 at 2 p.m. ET all companies interested in participating in SIR 2027 are able to register for a booth online via the Exhibitor Marketplace. Exhibit booths reserved during this phase are priced at:

• Inline (10' x 10'): $6,300
• Corner (10' x 10'): $6,550
• Island: $65.50 per square foot

Sponsorship First Right of Refusal (September 22, 2026)
Branded opportunities are sold with a first right of refusal. Eligible companies are invited to first right of refusal between September 22-October 8, 2026.

Sponsorship Opportunity Registration (October 8, 2026)
As of October 8, 2026 at 2 p.m. ET, all registered SIR 2027 exhibitors are able to secure sponsorship opportunities online via the Exhibitor Marketplace.

Discounted Registration

• Publishers/Recruiters/Non-profits Rate priced at $3,000 for 10' x 10' exhibit booth.
• Bonus Booth Program — increase exhibit booth by 10' for $2,500 upgrade fee. (Pre-sales only. Exhibit space must be larger than 2026 space. Limited to booths sized 20' x 20' or smaller).

Important Note:
Login credentials for SIR 2027 are specific to this year's meeting, and previous years' credentials will not permit access. Login credentials can be obtained by registering for an exhibit (via the process/timeline outlined above). Companies who have already registered for an SIR 2027 exhibit were issued credentials at the time of registration. These credentials for existing exhibitors can be resent any time upon request.
