NAFSA Regional Fall Conferences place your organization at the center of the international education community and help shape the conference experience for more than 2,500 attendees nationwide.

NAFSA Region XI thanks you for your interest in exhibiting at our fall conference, taking place October 27-29, 2026, in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. We also invite you to explore our sponsorship and advertising opportunities to increase your visibility and engagement throughout the conference.

Participation in Region XI offers a valuable opportunity to connect with local institutions and professionals who are advancing the field of international education. This in-person conference brings together international education professionals to learn, share, and build relationships. Exhibiting, sponsoring, or advertising provides meaningful visibility and direct access to both new and returning clients from a wide range of institutions.

NAFSA regional conferences consistently attract a diverse audience across the United States, including:

• 2,500 attendees across nine regions
• 1,200 institutions represented
• 60% private institutions and 20% public institutions
• 25% senior-level professionals (director level and above)

Here is how the exhibit booth, sponsorship, and advertisement purchase process works:

1. Review your profile information
   Please review your company and personal profile details below. If your personal contact information is incorrect, click “Manage Your NAFSA Profile” to make updates. Any changes will appear the next time you log in to the Exhibitor Center.
2. Coordinator designation
   You will be listed as the coordinator of record for any exhibit booth(s) and/or sponsorship(s) you purchase. All purchases will be associated with the company listed below. If the company information shown does not reflect the organization for which you are purchasing, please contact NAFSA Regional Affairs at regions@nafsa.org.
3. Select your opportunities
   Click “Continue” to:
   • Review sponsorship and advertising packages
   • Select your exhibit booth space
   • Finalize your sponsorship level
4. Payment and confirmation
   Enter and confirm payment information. Receive an email confirmation of your contract submission at the email address listed in your profile. You may designate an additional contact person later or contact NAFSA directly to request modifications.
